"I began investing in real estate in 1972, encouraged by my father who was active in real estate and other equity investments. I continued investing in real estate and securities through my corporate career so it was natural for me to start my own investment company. Its something that I really enjoy. And with that experience came a certain amount of wisdom. I believe that balance is essential to a healthy life, both in investments and day to day living."

Sean earned his Real Estate Broker's License from the California Bureau of Real Estate in February of 1992 (BRE # 01128710), his Registered Investment Advisors License from the California Department of Business Oversight (# 136903) in February of 1994, and his Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from the American Production and Inventory Control Society.
